Telephone activation

When you begin the activation process, that option appears on your screen -
followed by all needed instructions.
 
Hello Brian,
By default the option for telephone only shows on the last day of the
activation grace period if I recall properly.
If you open an elevated cmd prompt and run SLUI 4 you will start the wizard
with phone options.
