Teekids.exe and Svchost.exe

I got the virus. It is in my system32 folder. It won't let me up date critical and service packs. Tried to find any other way of fixing the problem but I need help. Hoping someone has a fix for me. I even try to run regedit but it disappears off the screen. I got Norton System Work Pro 2004. Loaded it in and it won't get up dates or come on screen. Tried all the help locations they say put in the up dates. I tried but all the up dates don't load they just stayed in my temp internet folder. I'm at a loss for what to try next.
