Hello,
New PCI graphic adapters specify a minimum processor requirement. Does
anyone understand why there is a processor requirement? Assuming this is a
valid requirement, can anyone recommend a PCI card for a Pentium 233mmx
system?

The video card shares some of its data and load with the CPU. That's why a
minimum speed of CPU is required for a given video card.

Yes. Any card that you find in the landfill. They'll go good
together.
