At <http://vip.asus.com/forum/>, in the wireless-->wl-330g section I've
posted about this problem with the title "technical inquiry form," but
the results seems mixed, at best. Apparently the "technical inquiry
form" works, but I can't get it to work, I get errors. I also get
errors at least 2/3rds of the time when contacting the webteam (from
<http://support.asus.com/> contact us, webteam). The one response from
the webteam,
<http://vip.asus.com/eservice/techmailstatus.aspx?ID=WTM20050709216392799>,
ignored my complaint and provides no way to respond. So far, all
attempts to submit a new complaint via the webform have failed.

Since I'm sometimes able to use at least the webteam's form, this
implies to me that the errors, at least for that form, aren't on my
end. I don't know why I'm unable to use the technical inquiry webform,
though.

any ideas?

Thanks,

Thufir

If all else fails, _phone_ Asus and talk to them.

Their claim was, email wasn't working, due to the amount
of spam they were receiving at tsd (at) asus.com . And
you are right, most web form schemes provide no feedback
as to whether the receiving computer got them ( confirmation
email seems to be a foreign concept to web designers ).

If you haven't opened a case number electronically in
advance, it will take some time on the phone, to record
your details. So, the phone call will cost a few bucks.

You're right, Paul, I just resent it. A technology company like asus
should find a better solution. Anyhow, I don't have a phone, this is
all to set up VoIP! I'll have to use a friends phone.
