TechNet Training CD Problems

The slides on my TechNet Technical Traing CD 25 October
2003 disc do not advance. The audio plays but the screen
never advances. I am using XP with all updates and media
player 9. I have tried uninstalling/installing media
player, different systems and different discs, the
training presentations still do not advance. Has anyone
had this problem? I can't seem to find anything on it.

Contact TechNet, for goodness' sake! TechNet is expensive and I'm sure
they offer some sort of tech support for their services.
