How do I get our team calendar to appear in Other Calendars? Under 2000, I
set up a departmental (team) calendar in our Public Folders. When I changed
over to 2003, I did something to have the team calendar always appear under
Other Calendars so all I have to do is check the box to display it
side-by-side with my own, rather than navigating down through the Public
Folders to access it. (It's also important to note that doing it this way
avoids the warning box that the calendar will be accessing my address book.)
Now, I can't remember how I did it, and others are wanting theirs set up the
same way. Can anyone tell me what I did to get it set up this way, because I
certainly can't remember!
