Team Calendar problems, please help!!

I have team calendar setup and running on outlook2000.
One of the team members is a conference room pc with no
one constantly running outlook. What i am looking to do
is have it auto response and send a confirmation email
when a new appointment is created without outlook open on
that pc. Please help...thank you
