TD error in Windows xp

Hi All.

when i open test director in IE. i get an erro " the
process could not be started as teh configured identity is
incorrect.check the username & password".
can somebody help me solving this.
There is no IIS installed on this system.

Maybe someone who knows what "test director" is could help. Is it a
Microsoft product? If not, have you tried support for the product?
