TcpClient - SocketException ...Resource Assembly

Please help! - I get "Could not find Resource Assembly" as a SocketException when I try to use the
Tcpclient.connec

I am using VB.NET for a CE.NET devic

Any Suggestions
 
You need to install the exception strings CAB file that is included on
VS.NET 2003.
The easiest way to do this is to deploy any app using VS.NET 2003.
