I used to synchronise my Compaq Ipaq using Microsoft
ActiveSynch.

Recently it stopped working. When I boot up (Win XP) or
attempt to start ActiveSynch a box pops up titled "Mobile
Device Properties", saying "The TCP/IP network is not
installed".

I've searched the help files, and tried to find and
reinstall this, but can't find out how to.

I have the most recent version of ActiveSynch, and have
reinstalled it to no effect.

Any suggestions, please?

Peter.

p.s. I thought I'd sent a similar message y'day, but
can't find it on the web site.

Go in to the network connection, select properties, then
make sure the TCP/IP protocol is installed.

Control Panel/Network connections...properties for each
account, networking tab...
