TCP/IP

when i try and connect two of my computers onto a LAN
gaming network, both of them can printer and file share
but on one of them, says that the TCP/IP is not enabled
on the computer, while on the other of the two computers
the TCP/IP works just fine, how do i resolve this please
help or e-mail me a reply, thank you.
