MS provides an HTTP Proxy for use to tunnel RCP/DCOM.
If you want to accomplish something other then you would
be coding the whole thing, or coding up DCOM components
to wrapper what you are intending and then use the MS
provided with these.
Now, whether you could use the HTTP Proxying between
the machines you want would depend on whether you have
control of those machines, as most do not have this enabled.
