TCP/IP Properties Window Not Found??

My laptop is networked @ my office ... & connects fine via
LAN/WAN connections. I needed to change my IP host in
TCP/IP from a hotel yesterday, & to my surprise, the
TCP/IP window is just not there! ipconfig works fine ...
but I cannot get to the window in which I can assign my
DNS servers, etc. I have admin rights on this machine. Any
ideas?

what do you mean by TCP/IP window.
To change the IP address, go to the properties of My Network Places.
