Hi,

All the servers HP ProLiant DL380 G3 reporting
the issue in KB819716 with Compaq NC3123 Fast Ethernet NIC.
Where we can get this patch from? It is not included in
W2K SP4.

You need to call Microsoft and open a support incident. As long as you only ask for the hofix from afticle 819716 there
should not be any charge for the incident.
