TCP / IP not available

Hi there,
When trying to install a network printer, I do not have TCP / IP avaialble
as a port to install a network printer. How can I go about installing this
port. I have done a search on the net and people suggest that I format the
machine. There must be another way?
Any help would be appreciated.

there is. I assume you ran cleanspl and deleted the registry entry for this
monitor.
