TCP/IP filtering

Have enabled TCP/IP filtering and opened the following ports under Permit only for both TCP ports and UDP Ports, 20, 21, 53, 80, 110, 3389, 8080. Internet Explorer cannot browse the internet, what other ports do I need to open, and do I need all open in both TCP and UDP?
