Are you using DHCP to assign IP address to the client? Is the DHCP server
reachable? Check if the configuration works fine with static IP. Also check
the event logs, does it give any specific information?

Dear Sharoon,
Thanks a lot for the reply. We have already checked the
things which u've explained. In the eventlog the status was
"The remote access server was unable to acquire an IP
address from the DHCP Server to be used on the server
adapter. Incomming user will be unable to connect using
IP".
We have tried out many options which explained in Technet
also.Still not working. Pls give us a valuble suggestion...

Best Regards
Roshan

The event log clearly shows that the problem is which the client unable to
get IP address from the DHCP. Check the following KB articles -

To work around this issue, you will need to reconfigure your RAS server to
use a static pool of IP addresses. If the addresses that you use exist
within the scope of addresses in your DHCP server scopes, you also need to
exclude the range in DHCP Manager.
