TCP/IP Error 0x800CCC90 and 0x800CCC91

I've got more than one user account on this PC. One is
working just fine, but the other I'm getting these error
messages when I try and download email from my pop3
server. Thought it might be to do with AVG Virus
Checking software so I uninstalled this to see if it
resolved the problem, but it's still a problem. Any
suggestions?
