Besides the systray clock, this utility is able to exert customizations
on Windows start button, start menu banner, taskbar icon and Desktop
icon.

In addition to the bug removals proclaimed in the version history, I
notice the latest version also fixes a major bug on my Win98 SE system:
after an icon exits from the systray,.a vertical line appears to the
left of the systray. So this latest version may have also fixed some
other bugs that are not published.

Thanks for mentioning this, David. More specifically, I notice that
the new version allows one to "Make the icon text background
transparent & change the text color."
I may be able to get rid of the program I'm currently using to
accomplish this and doing so might result in more system resources
being available.

Unfortunately, the transparent desktop icon text background setting in
TClock2 doesn't work on my system. Back to the old setup I go.
