After working with a customer file (phone call etc). I want to set a task
or to set an appoitment. The window that drops down after hitting the
appoinmentsa or task icon has the person's (customers) name. However, when
I close this window and then look at the calender. I have notes but the
name does not trasnsfer over. The result is that I have several appointmens
or tasks that are not identifiable back to the person/customer. I do not
know who the appointment is for.

Any help will be appriciated.
 
I had the same problem. Looks like when you set the tasks/appt you will hv to
put the name as well for identification.
