Taskpad & Security

I have created a taskpad for my helpdesk team, have set it
to single window, changed out all the menus to not show,
changed permissions to read/execute, however, when I sign
on as a helpdesk tech, I can still change the views. It
won't save, but it allows them to change it (if they know
how). Any ideas on how to stop them from being able to run
Author by right clicking?

I hope I have given you enough information.

I believe you may have missed one of the settings under 'file' to change it
to user mode - limited access- single window, then under View, options,
uncheck all the boxes in there. In the menu bar, there;'s the icon to remove
the left tree pane, remove that too before you save it.
