Taskmon - trying to contact url

Hi Guys,
a bit of advice please, I am using Kerio firewall, as soon as I access the
net I keep getting a warning box 'Taskmon' Comcast.net is trying to access
the internet on port 6667. I denied it access, it is persistent. Any info
about this incident, and the taskmon. Thanks for anyhelp
