Taskbar

I was wondering why after I boot up on my other computer
my taskbar is not there and anytime a window comes up it
is back and I cannot see what is in the folder I tried to
system restore however, it will not respore what should I
do??? I also booted in Safe mode and it does the same I
canot see anything

and the taskbar isnt simply shrunk down? bring the cursor
to the bottom of the screen or wherever your taskbar used
to be and see if the cursor changes to let you enlarge
it... or else it may be on auto-hide, but then it should
pop back up whenever you move the cursor to wherever the
taskbar used to be... hope this helps
