taskbar

Can anyone help me? My taskbar decided to appear on the
top of my desktop and I can't find the way to restore it
back to the bottom of my desktop...Thanks
 
Unlock the taskbar and drag and drop to the bottom of
screen. Lock the taskbar when finished.
