HOw do I move my taskbar from the right of the screen to
the bottom (or left)?

Right click on it and check that lock taskbar is unticked, if it is, you
should be able to just drag it down to where you want it.

Then tick the lock taskbar option to prevent it being moved again.

Just place your pointer on it, hold down the left mouse
button, drag it where you want it and release the mouse
button.

Hope this helps,
Milt

You do both: First, right click to check to see if it is unlocked/locked;
second, when it is unlocked, left click to drag and drop to a new location.

Although by default the task bar appears on the bottom of the
screen, it can be on any of the sides you prefer it on. To move
it from any side to another, simply click on an unused part of it
and drag it where you want it.

If it won't move, it may be locked. In that case, right click on
it and uncheck "Lock the taskbar," then try again.
