taskbar

Lately my taskbar hasn't been showing up and when that happens, the auto
hide feature is disabled.

I have to minimize screen until I can see the taskbar and the all works.

How can I make it so that the taskbar shows up each time as it did all the
previously times.

Further clarification: the taskbar used to simply pop up on top of the
bottom margin of the current page and then go back when cursor not on it.
It seems that it isn't going over the bottom of the page but behind it, this
I can't see the taskbar.

Hope this is clearer, very hard explaining.

Right click task bar---select properties---check- keep taskbar on top of
other windows.
