Taskbar

My taskbar items are very slow to load. If I click on
anything on the taskbar I have to wait at least 10
seconds before they open. The start menu and the
submenus are the same way. Can someone tell me what's
wrong? Also, my accounts are very slow to load up. Any
suggestions?

Perhaps start with eliminating viruses and spyware. Run your anti virus
software. Also see spyware program links.

I had same problem If you recently downloaded a
microsoft update try removing it through add/remove
programs then download update again. That worked for
me.
