Taskbar & XP

I am running XP. When I open multiple IE windows, they
combine as one task on the taskbar with a number.

Is there a way I can separate the different windows on
the taskbar (like the older versions of windows.)

Right-click the taskbar> Properties... the setting will be obvious. ;-)
