When adding bars to the Toolbar (right clicking taskbar and then toolbar)
there a some options to add such as Links, Language, etc., and one called
Address. I am unable to get the Address working. The word "Address"
appears in the toolbar but clicking on it results in nothing.

It's not a very essential part of XP, but it's annoying.

I'm using Windows XP Home, SP1

Thanks.

Drag the bumpy silver vertical bar that is to the left of the word ADDRESS
to the left, to reveal a window. Type a URL into that window, as you
would with the 'location bar' in a browser. Press <enter>, then look at
your browser window.

That's the problem, there is no bumpy silver vertical bar; only the word
Address. The other links have the bar and there is no problem. Actually,
in mine it's not a bumpy silver vertical bar, but instead a chevron like
this: >>

Thanks any way
