Hi,
Where are 3/14/07 postings? This is my fourth try to get help. I need
a walk through on how to get my taskbar to retain sites when I minimize.
When I google the next site, the old one goes away. I don't understand
computerspeak.
Thanks
There MIGHT be some issue with your inquiry applying to a web browser
(like Internet Explorer or Firefox), which you don't identify, rather
than the Instant Messenger application that this group is intended for.
Also some forums and news group servers purge messages when the messages
are a few weeks old. Many messages are archived for longer periods at
http://groups.google.com/groups/dir
Those underlined words at the top of each Google Search listing are
links to pages that match your search criteria. Most web browsers
include context menus for links that include options to open the link in
a new window or a new tab. Opening a link in a new window or tab leaves
the Google search page (or any other page) available on your screen for
access with a QUICK click or two. Just right click on the link to make
the context menu available.
Most browsers also have a "History" or "Recent Pages" option on their
tool bar and/or menus that allow you to instantly revisit web pages you
have viewed in the last week or two. The history option may be under
"View|Sidebar" or "View|Explorer Bar" in the browser's menu system.
