Taskbar Program/Printing

I need a program that has a task bar icon and no other form loaded,
which pops up a menu when clicked with only a few things.

1. I need to be able to setup a network printer IP, and store it in
some kind of file.

2. I need to be able to print the current screen. So it prints like
a printscreen.

I haven't messed with taskbar stuff or printer stuff in VB.net yet,
anyone give me some help on getting started?
