Taskbar Problem.

Taskbar very slow to load icons next to clock - right side. Quick launch no problem. Volume control icon does not reappear on restart although the "place volume control icon in taskbar" is checked. Unchecking - apply then check again - apply and it appears, but wil not hold on restart. Slow load of other right side icons all the time. All other systems and software enable or load fast, work normal and scans (virus, adware etc) are negative. Posted message three days ago under Maint and Perf - no answer. Response from manufacturer, was to debug and reload. Went through this procedure and the taskbar problem was not corrected. Any suggestions or comments to correct are appreciated.
 
Hi Larry,

Why don't you use the msconfig utility and disable all non-essential
programs from starting up? You could then reeenable them one or two at
a time and see who is the culprit.
What AV are you using? Some load slowly.

cannot get access to my task bar when i start my computer. when i moved the mouse to the task bar, the sun dail is there as if it being loading
