taskbar problem

When ever I log on, the taskbar freezes up and I cannot
use the Start button until I stop a SVCHost using task
manager. In addition there is an additional toolbar on
the taskbar called BWk. Any help is appreciated.

Check for Spyware. I use Spybot on my system.

Also check for virii. Make sure your defintion files are
up to date.

Give this a try as well. Outstanding and Free, prevents spyware being
installed.
I use it with Spybot and AdAware installed on my machine.
Very little gets by and what does I nail with the other 2 "clean up"
programs.
