Usualy, in windows XP, all working program are shown in the taskbar. On my
PC, when I open any program, nothing shows in the taskbar at the botom. So,
when I minimise the program, I have to do a ctrk-alt-del to open up the
Windows Task Manager and "retreive" the program I was working on.
Can someone help me and tell me how to fix that annoying thing?

First, you can also get Task Manager by right clicking the taskbar, or at
least you're supposed to be able to

To repair the taskbar get Taskbar Repair Tool Plus!

or
Programs Aren't Minimized in the Taskbar (Line 240)
