Taskbar Options

So I was trying to fix a bug on my computer and now, there is no option
to get the Windows XP taskbar... just the Windows Classic.

Any idea what happened and how I can possibly get the taskbar back? Do
I have to dl from Microsoft or something? I have no idea.

Well... Umm... That's not a whole lot to go on but I'm going to consult the
spirits and guess that you've disabled the themes service? Start > run >
type "services.msc" without the quotes and hit enter > scroll down > find
themes > is it disabled? started? If not then right click on it, select
properties, set it to automatic, and then start it.
