Taskbar On Right Versus Bottom Solution!

To Rick and Anyone,

The trick to moving the taskbar back to the bottom of the
screen is to drag it from the lower right hand side where
the "tray" and "time" is still displayed. You can not
drag the "start" button at all. Thank you Rick for
getting me to continue to believe in the "drag and drop"
approach. I almost gave up on it thinking there was
another way.

Actually, the trick is to grab *any* blank area, avoid the start button,
system tray, and quicklaunch bar (if you use that). Takes some practice to
work it out sometimes.
