Whatever program it is, if you don't want it to run at boot, first go to
that program's configuration and see if there is an option to cause it to
"not" run at boot. If there is no option, go to Start>Run and type
"msconfig"(no quotes). Find the program's entry and un-check it. The entries
are mostly cryptic, take care in your selection. You may find the
information at the link below helpful in determining what the entries are.
Once you have made your choices, click "apply", or whatever, and re-boot.
You will see a dialogue box, just click "don't show this again" or something
like that.
