Taskbar not displaying programs

For some reason my taskbar dosent display the programs that I have opened. It displays the quick launch and the language bar but once I disable them both the taskbar goes with them. please help.

"Taskbar - Programs Aren't Minimized in the Taskbar"

Hey I found solution.

Go here and download these file, execute and say YES to the question.
Mgic...it is working NOW!!!!!!!!!
