Taskbar lock up

When I start the computer, taskbar cannot be used for a few
minutes. When mouse is over it, it shows the "busy" symbol
but in the task manager it says that cpu isn't doing anything
except for the System Idle Processes. Please help.
 
you might want to check your system for Spyware. Its worth a try. Also go to
Start / Run / MSCONFIG and got to the startup tab and in there you will see
everything that loades when Windows boots up. You can uncheck ones you don't
need to speed up the process.
