Help,

Problem with taskbar customization for hiding icons when
inactive -- the arrow on the taskbar that allows access to
inactive icons is missing. When I restore to a previous
time it re-appears. I then save that as a restore point,
but when I reboot, it's missing again. The only way I can
get the arrow to access the inactive icons is to revert to
a restore point.

Thanks,

Steve

Why don't my Notification Area icons show or why do they disappear?

Carey,

Thanks for the link to what looks like a good site
for info. I'll try their ideas tonight, although I
think the first item is already set to "always show".
Maybe the reg fix will work, I really like being able
to keep the taskbar notification area as clean as possible.

Thanks again,

Steve

I tried the sites fixes -- and it's still broke.
Anyone else have any ideas?

Thanks in advance for any help,

Steve
