Taskbar icons & font

Hello,

Is there a way to change the icon size in the notification area of the task
bar and also on the task bar buttons. I don't care about the quick launch
area. I would also like to change the font size used on the task bar {start
button, task bar buttons, tool bar buttons & clock}. Also in the expended
toolbars would be good too.
