Taskbar hide deactivate

Hello
how can I as admin deaktivate that everybody is going to hide his taskbar.
I like that this optin is not able anymore. HOw or what do i need to do ?

Why do you care whether people hide their taskbar or not?

Maybe the proper answer is "stop wanting that".

The easiest way is to right click on the task bar, and check the Lock Taskbar option. Do this on each computer. It is easier than any other method.

I'm not running an english version of XP so my wording may be wrong because
I have to translate but try this:

Start -> Run -> gpedit.msc

In the left hand pane, choose the 'User configuration' -> 'Administrative
Templates'

Now check through the options in the righthand pane. Somewhere there is the
option to disable "fiddling" with the taskbar and Start menu...or something
to that effect. When you've found it, doubleclick it and check 'activate'.
Remember to put your taskbar as you want it first...

Done!

There are lots of other cool options here to check out too...
