After setting the Taskbar height to three lines high and locking the bar, on
the next reboot it resets itself to one line high. Please advise.

Checked what twice?

This?
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
NoSaveSettings

Look for a NoSaveSettings here as well...
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\policies\Explorer

Yes . . . . Reset HKCU setting as instructed. Didn't work. Also tried
Kelly's script. Didn't work. Reset HKLM setting. Didn't work. All
"NoSaveSettings" values in registry are "0". Where do we go from here?

ie I also have same problem - a shrinking taskbar on every logout, despite
locking it, with XP PRO, SP2. What's the way to fix this? How do I find &
check the 'NoSaveSettings' ?(I'm not a Windows expert)
Thanks Paul
