Taskbar grouping

in winxp and up, where the task bar collects multiple windows of one
application under a common button, the common button for my program
written in .NET has a number, instead of a number and a name

Does anyone know what is going on?

I have heard about this problem, but I don't know a solution either.
 
Setting the AssemblyTitle Attribute in AssemblyInfo.cs or AssemblyInfo.vb
always works for me. Sometimes Windows requires a restart before the change
takes effect though.

Tried, didn't worked but it work on another machine. I have no idea why
