I usually leave my laptop on overnight, charging, and it's fine. Suddenly,
though, the fan has been blowing harder all the time, and whenever I turn on
my laptop, the taskbar is frozen and I can't use it.
I've tried to shut off my laptop overnight to fix it, but it won't work. I
don't really know any reason as to why it would change like this, but it did.
I also have no clue about why my taskbar is freezing.
Does anyone know anything that can help?

It doesn't sound like it is completely hibernating.

Try this:

windows key + R
type
cmd
<enter>
Type
powercfg -h off
<enter>

Reboot

Search for
hiberfil.sys
in c:\
(should be gone)--if not, delete it

windows key + R
type
cmd
<enter>
Type
chkdsk /f
<enter>

Say yes, reboot again.
Let it do its thing

Leave your computer on as before
See if error repeats

If not,
windows key + R
type
cmd
<enter>
Type
powercfg -h on
<enter>

Leave your computer on as before
See if error repeats

If it does, some update has tweaked hibernation--in all liklihood, the error
is related to an incompatible BIOS

Check with your manufacturer to see if there is a bios update

If not, you choices are to either live without hibernation for now, or
uninstall each update one at a time and see when the problem stops
occurring...

It also started happening to my laptop its not just hibernation even turning
it off or on now its happens it takes a good 10 minutes for vista to become
normal and the fan noise never goes away.

ok. but did you try what I suggested?
