taskbar & firewall problems

mozzarella

every so often when surfing,my browser shuts down,and clears all the items
from the taskbar.it also wipes out all the icons in the system tray,which
then come back one by one,all except for my firewall.
all my open windows will then return,leaving me with everything as it
as,except for my firewall which i have to relaunch.

i regularly clean out all my temp files,and also defrag regularly.

firewall is free sygate personal version 5.0

This is a problem with your firewall application: it is not notified
that the Taskbar icon is missing. The firewall itself should still be
running. You can check this with the Task Manager.
