Taskbar color change

After downloading Cleanup.com to delete temp internet files, I rebooted. The
program was great but the taskbar on the bottom of my desktop has changed
from blue to light gray. Also, the start button has turned from green to gray
with black letters. Also, the log off and shut down buttons have changed.

Any thoughts?

Am not familiar with cleanup.com.

Check that the Themes service is still enabled in Administrative Tools>
Services. Also check Display> Themes and, if necessary, set theme back to
XP style. If no luck, uninstall the program. If still no change in desktop,
use System Restore and revert to a day/time before the problem started.
