Taskbar Bug

I keep my taskbar on the right hand side instead of its original place.. In
my case whenever I have a spyware warning the warning glides from the lower
right hand side all the way to the top with quiet a lot of speed without
giving me a chance to read it..
Changing the taskbar's position to its original place.solves the problem....

Yes, this is a known bug.
