Is there ANY way to create a template for tasks that I have to assign often?
How would I go about doing that so I dont have to type it out every time?

Make the Task and save it but don't send it. Copy it so you have a spare
and when you want to send it, open it and send it.

Set up the task as you want it, then click File | Save As and choose the
Outlook Template (*.oft) file type. Give it a memorable name and put it in
an easy-to-find place. You can call up that file from your hard drive
anytime you need to send a new task based on that template.
