Task Scheduler

Error message of Error 5: Access denied pops up whenever I
tried to startup the Task Scheduler. I have tried every
possible suggestions posted in the Support Forum but
without any luck.

The log-on is set to Local System Account with Allow
service to interact with desktop checked.

Note: Event ID of 7023 appeared in the Event Viewer.
